Macari Online is a marketplace that sells a wide variety of Products (“Products”)on behalf of a number of online stores (“Stores”)which have different policies regarding the Products they sell on their Website.
We believe in the Products listed on our Website and the respective Stores that list them.We also know that, for one reason or another, you may need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.
This Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy contains essential information concerning how our Stores process and ship your order, including the process and criteria to be used when you need to return your order, request an exchange, or process a refund.
Shipping cost is defined according to the shipping method used by the Stores.
We can ship to virtually any address around the World, but the Stores will always advise on regions where the Product can be shipped or not. Note that there may be restrictions on some Products, and some Products cannot be shipped to some destinations.
When you place an order and payment is authorized and completed, you will receive the Product(s) ordered within the period shown under the Product description section
3. Return Eligibility
Macari Online will always protect its Customer’s interest and ensure a pleasant experience for both Customer and Stores. Most of our Products can be returned for a refund, exchange or alteration. But this is left to the discretion of the Stores.
To be eligible for a return, your Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with all stickers and tags intact.
Individual Product’s returning policies will be provided on the Product page under Product description section. Some Products such as but not limited to foodstuff cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene or safety reasons.
If you’d like to return something you’ve purchased, please contact the stores and get their agreement to accept the return.
All Products must be returned to the correct returns address that the Stores will give you, and once the Stores has got the item back, they’ll let us know so we can refund the money to you.
4. Shipping (Returns)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged Product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping a high value Product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that the Stores will receive your Product.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective Product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. You can return goods, which are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose to us by contacting the Stores to provide you with a Return Address.
If you have returned the Products to the Stores because they are faulty or mis-described, please contact us and we will refund the price of the defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to the Stores.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and the Stores have inspected, the Stores will notify you through the Website that they have received returned Product.
The Stores will also notify us of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten (10) business days.
7. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
